The security of your personal information is important to us. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. Stripe is out payment processor partner. Stripe is the only entity who has access to your credit card number.

delivery policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will attempt to send your art prints, foiled art prints and greeting cards (pre-made goods) via courier within 2-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Any made to order items (posters) will be shipped up to 2-3 weeks from the order date.
refund & returns policy
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind, as per Australian Consumer Law.
As per Australian Consumer law, if there is a minor problem with a product, Trudy Letters can offer a free repair of the product rather than issue a replacement or refund. If there is a major defect or problem then you are entitled to a full refund or replacement (substantially different or unfit from its purpose or description, and it would not have been purchased in that condition) then the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement
If the item(s) ordered were damaged in shipping, please contact us in writing via email at orders@trudyletters.com.au within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly work to resolve the situation for you.
You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item(s). You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and replacement(s) will be sent to the original mailing address.
Items missing from your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to orders@trudyletters.com.au and will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or in the case where the product is no longer available, a refund or shop credit may be issued.
This refund policy for damaged goods does not apply to goods which have been opened before delivery or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have torn. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Trudy Letters will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
